Street parking is available in High Street, including a number of bays directly in front of the Francis A Jones office. These are free but unfortunately have a 30 minute limit (see more about this below).
If you require longer parking, there is two hour limit paid meter parking in Parry Street (the intersection 50 metres east of our office). Parking costs are $2.80 per hour (as at July 2017). The ticket machine accepts 10c, 20c, 50c, $1 and $2 coins, as well as credit cards, but does not accept notes. If you do not have the correct change, please ask at our reception and we will make every effort to assist.
For all day parking we suggest the multi-level (and multi-coloured) Queensgate car park in Henderson Street, which is open each weekday from 7am.
If you are heading west along High Street, continue past our office and turn left at the roundabout into Queen Street, and then right into Henderson Street (pictured above). The entrance to the car park will be on your right hand side. Parking is $2.20 per hour (but free for the first hour) as at July 2017, and the ticket machines take all coins (other than 5c), notes and credit cards.
The Fremantle Council have made changes to the parking arrangements on High Street near Francis A Jones. The parking is now free but is limited to 30 minutes. These changes ignore the needs of our clients who generally like to visit us for more than 30 minutes. We are lobbying the Council to extend the limit to one hour so that our clients can visit us without fear of a parking fine, and hopefully spend some extended time in Fremantle supporting other Fremantle businesses.
Please feel free to contact the Council to voice your concerns about the 30 minute limit on 9432 9999 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
